Wouldn’t this be a topic for non-UK networks? I mean, traffic for the UK will continue to be exchanged in the UK. Non-UK traffic might or might not move, but that is traffic exchanged between non-UK networks that today is exchanged in the UK for whatever historical reason. - kurtis -
