I  inherited a motorised satellite system from my uncle, and was a
regular on various sat feed forums, and it was discovered that the Big
Brother house cameras were usually left streaming continuously over
satellite, presumably to a central studio/recording facility where the
best/worst bits were collated. I'm sure some people watching the raw
streams would have seen things which would never have been
broadcastable.
