I for one am far more concerned for those contestants. That is an
incredible violation of their privacy. Even in a show such as that, you
spend your time in front of cameras knowing what will and won't be
broadcast outside of the production company.

They would also have a reasonable expectation as to who should be
holding *copies* of any of that raw footage, which of course they cannot
have. Creepy.

This is also a very timely reminder as to why we shouldn't be
watering-down the UK GDPR, or the ICO's independence.
