We have MikroTiks running ROSv7 talking to route reflectors (if you decide all 
those peerings are "next hop self" then make sure they are _all_ set that way :)

But the RRs are implemented with bird v2, matching Aled's suggestion.  Seems to 
work for us, much better than ROSv6 did in a similar architecture.
