Hi Boris, I downloaded and installed ULC 6.0.4 and it worked ok for me on Windows XP.
ulc-6.0.4-installer-windows.exe is 27.6 MB (28,952,598 bytes). What is your platform? Both ULC VE and ULC installers are created from the same installer program. So it is strange that you are able to run ULC VE installer but not ULC installer. Perhaps your ULC installer got corrupted during download. You could do one of the following: 1. Try downloading it again 2. Let us know if you would like to download ULC Eval copy in a zip format. If so, we will put it on our FTP server and let you know from where to download.
