My gg grandparents James WILSON (son of Robert WILSON and Mary MILLER) of Mulnahorne, Parish of Aghaloo and Mary HAMILTON (d/o Robert HAMILTON and Hannah MARTIN) of Drummond, Aghaloo were married at the Presbyterian Church, Auchnalcoy on 22 June 1838.
They had one child, Robert born in Ireland in 1840 prior to the family emigrating to Australia aboard “Broom” in 1842. The couple went on to have the following children, all born on the South Coast of NSW: James b. 1845 Hannah b. 1848 Agnes Hamilton b. about 1850 John b. 1852 Ellen b. abt 1853.
