Cap. 51 that Violet CHRISTIE late of Termon House in the County of Tyrone, deceased by her last Will and testament, bearing date the 28 Oct. 1872 bequeathed to the Rev. Samuel ALEXANDER Rector of the Parish of Termonmaguirk, Tyrone the sum £100 to be paid him over to him and applied to the use and benefit of the Sustentation fund of the said Parish of Termonmaguirk. And probate of said Will was granted forth of the district Registry of the Court of Probate Londonderry Deane MANN, Dunmoyle Lodge and Thomas MANN, of Bloomhill, both in the of Tyrone, Esquires, the executors named in said Will on 3rd January 1873. charitable requests In the goods of William LOYD late of Corovacrore, County of Tyrone, deceased notice is hereby given pursuant to the statute that William LOYD the deceased in this matter by his last Will and Testament bearing date 7th August 1871 bequeathed as a contingent legacy to his executors, a sum of £300 to go to Charitable purposes in case his daughter, Margaret LOY did not conduct herself according to the wishes of his executors or did not please them in marriage, said bequest to be paid out of James KERR'S notes and testator also bequeathed a sum of £10 sterling for masses Probate of the will of said deceased was granted forth of the district registry of the court of Probate at Armagh the 30 October 1872, to Patrick LOY of Gortivale and Felix HUGHES Tandragee both in the Co. Tyrone, farmers, executors named in said will.
