Mary M'CORMICK for stealing a piece of cloth from Mr. SCOTT Strabane - guilty To be imprisoned 3 weeks at the bridewell Charles and Matilda GORMLEY for stealing potatoes at Donemana - guilty Charles GORMLEY to be imprisoned 4 calendar months to hard labour and Matilda GORMLEY 3 weeks in bridewell. Hugh KEOGAN for picking from the pocket of John HUNTER, in Strabane market, a purse containing 10s - guilty - To be transported for 15 years John and Wm. MAXWELL for resisting Sergeant PRICE of the police, at Donemana in the execution of a search warrant - guilty - Each to imprisoned 2 calendar months and to give security to keep the peace £15 each. Edward MURRAY and Wm. CAULFIELD for stealing beans out of the garden of Mr. Sam. BRODIE - guilty - MURRAY to be imprisoned 1 week and CAULFIELD, 6 weeks Joseph LOVE for stealing turf at Donemana, submitted, fined 6d. and to find security of peace in £10, with two in £5 each. John M’CARBARY, Thomas BUCHANAN and Alexander BUCHANAN, John KELLY and Wm. BUCHANAN for riot at Donemana, submitted - Thomas BUCHANAN to pay a fine of £1 to the churchwardens of Donagheady parish and 10s. to prosecutor, Hugh DONAGHY of the police; Alexander BUCHANAN to pay a fine of 10s. to church wardens of said parish; all to find security of peace, themselves in 20£ each, with 2 sureties of 10£ each Eleanor KELLY for stealing flax - guilty -To be imprisoned 1 week. Catherine CURTIS for stealing a gown, the properly Mrs. ARBUCKLE of Spring Hill - guilty - To be imprisoned 3 calendar months, to hard labour first and last, solitary confinement. Anne CRAIG an accomplice with CURTIS submitted - To be imprisoned one fortnight Laurence M’CALLION for an assault on John GORMLEY - submitted - To pay a fine of 6d and find security for peace, himself in £20, and two in £10 each.
