Minterburn, Co Tyrone
WARWICK: Robert WARWICK married Samuel’s daughter Mary Jane in Cadian Co
Tyrone abt 1840.
Who were his parents?
LIGGETT, LEGGETT, LIGATE various spellings: Joseph LIGATE grew flax in
Errigle-Kerog townland before 1800.
Who
were his ancestors?
I know nothing of people in the following townlands.
ENGLISH of Tullywinny townland: Mary ENGLISH married Joseph LIGATE of
Keady before 1800.
ROBINSON of Lettery townland: Their son Joseph LIGGETT married Margaret
ROBINSON of Lettery in 1816.
Another son, Samuel married Jane LIGGETT of Corboe and founded the “Corbo
Liggetts”
TRUEMAN of Drumcrow: Margaret TRUEMAN daughter of John wed Thomas Cross in
1820 in Killyman parish.
