Perhaps you can be more clear? By "LILO in graphic mode" do you mean GRUB?
What do you mean by "system boot options", some sort of Mandrake GUI?

Anyway, if you're using GRUB, there is a line in /boot/grub/menu.lst (which sometimes lives in /boot/boot/grub/menu.lst if you have /boot on a separate partition) that looks like:

default 0

Change it to the number of the boot entry you want to be default. Or reorder the boot entries so the one you want is ath the top. Or set it to 'saved' and use the savedefault command if you want grub to default to the last thing you booted. Or change some Mandrake-specific config, and have it regenerate menu.lst.

If you are using LILO, reoder the entries so that the one you want to be default is at the top.
