Most major ISPs won't let you host any servers. Fios would be nice, but as I
said earlier, I don't personally know a soul who can get it yet. Verizon
DSL, at least here, is very expensive for the bandwidth though. Comcast,
which is 6mb down and around 384kb up is at most $49.99/month. Add $10/month
for 8mb down and 768kb up (also cheaper if you have Comcast digital cable).
I am assuming other cable providers have similar plans and speeds.

Well, according to the TOS you're not allowed to host any servers, 
though I'd imaging they wouldn't mind if it were low bandwidth.  Also as 
with most large ISPs I'd imagine their tech support isn't the best.

Now, if only they'd roll out some fiber in this area, I might be tempted 
to switch over...
