Hi can someone possibly help?
I just installed Solaris 8 (sparc) and cannot connect to the internet. I
verified that in.named is running. I get a weird message in
/var/adm/messages (after the system comes up) saying the following:
guidedog /usr/lib/snmp/snmpdx: [ID 512012 daemon.error] unable to get my IP
address: gethostbyname(guidedog) failed [h_errno: try again(2)]
I really appreciate it if someone can help me.
