On solaris, if the machine has a static IP it is obtained by reverse
mapping the hostname. That means you need to have an entry in /etc/hosts
that maps your hostname to your real IP (not 127.0.0.1). The installer
should not have left you in this state; did you change the /etc/hostname*
and/or /etc/hosts files after installing? Is /etc/nsswitch.conf OK?
