Hmm, I thought about using pre-up, but it would be too early, as the link type can't be set until the interface is 'up'. However, using 'up xxxtool bla bla bla' seems to work. > ethtool -s eth0 speed 100 duplex full autoneg off Ah, good to know. I tried that in a pre-up and it works. Now to forget mii-tool... Ken
