Diamondback looking for Web Development Editor The University of Maryland's independent 17,000-circulation student newspaper, The Diamondback, is looking for someone to fill the position of Web Development Editor to redesign and manage www.diamondbackonline.com. Projects under the Web Editor's charge will include creating blogs, polls, and integrating multimedia. Creativity and efficiency are a must. The Web Editor would be working with various editors so good communication skills are essential. Applicants should be proficient in PHP language and CSS, and familiar with MySQL. Experience is welcomed but not required. A good eye for design and/or a healthy interest in news and current events are helpful. The position requires about 20 hours a week and PAYS WELL.
