I'm going to give it one more shot. Im setting up an alerting system for my
fire station and am in a little over my head. Im a running a packet grabber
program on cygwin, a linux style program, in conjunction with wordpack. This
is all being run on a old compac using windows 98. I keep getting a error
saying function not implemented. If any one can help or perhaps donate a
little time to help walk me through it, it would be greatly
