Yeap. I'm agree with you. I made a mistake editing the page, but I was late
to my class. I just copy ideas that Adriano wrote in umitproject.org/ideas.
Sorry about that.
Test should be included in Independent features, basically it is about
quality.
So tests should be included, and fixing bugs found during test phase.
Is it right?
