I believe it should be from a structural point of view. PM's primary project
goal is to create an extensive network scanning frontend and has evolved to
having its own framework. BT_Sniffer should be used as a separate library as
development goals vary. PM and BT_Sniffer are collaborating because its a
much wiser decision to leverage on PM's interface and integrate BT Sniffing
functionality by extending PM's interface. BT_Sniffers core is developed
with very different project goals in mind. BT_Sniffer firmware component is
another area of development and hence it is much wiser to keep these
projects clearly defined. I also believe that it would streamline
productivity as the structure is clearly defined at this stage after taking
expansion rates of the respective projects into account.
