Thanks Luis. Apart from the size, the "System Image" tool of Windows itself
is meant for a different purpose. It just takes a backup of the disk drive,
and so its not bootable. But our end-users will need a bootable disk as an
ISO file.
So we need a tool like Remastersys in the Linux world, which is used for
making new distros. I couldn't find any such tool for Windows yet (maybe
due to its proprietary nature).
