Hello,

For this, do you have write privileges to the t/output directory? This may
be the problem although I am not completely certain.

The lin similarity between C0026769 (disseminated sclerosis) and C0027651
> (neoplasms) is 1.26907718115276.

For this, I have UMLS-Similarity installed on centos although running with
the 2014AB version of the UMLS. I get the following:

$ umls-similarity.pl --measure lin C0026769 C0027651

Default Settings:

  --precision 4

User Settings:

  --measure lin

UMLS-Interface Configuration Information:

(Default Information - no config file)

  Sources (SAB):

     MSH

  Relations (REL):

     PAR

     CHD

  Sources (SABDEF):

     UMLS_ALL

  Relations (RELDEF):

     UMLS_ALL

Setting default propagation file (lin)

0.3331<>C0026769(multiples sclerosis)<>C0027651(Neoplasms NOS)

Would you send me a screen shot of your run like you did for the t/output
directory problem? I am not certain why you are getting such a number.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Bridget
