Changes:

  - Fixed bug when mass storage device has no partitions, added
support for BusLogic SCSI controllers, and added driver for "Yenta
compatible PCMCIA-CardBus bridge" controllers. Thanks to Morten
    Osgaard.

  - Fixed multiple build and dependency bugs in Makefile. Thank you,
    Shad!

  - Added support for 3ware controllers (um, maybe) and added NTFS
    module. Thanks to Jordan Share.

  - Added tftpboot directory and uploaded it as
    linuxboot-0.3-tftpboot.tar.gz.

All of these changes are in CVS.

I will be mostly away from the computer this weekend, so this will be
the last test release for a few days. But don't let that stop you
from trying it out and sending a report :-).

Actually, if you could include an "fdisk" utility such as cfdisk, or sfdisk, that might be useful for poking around with drive recognition. On some of the boxes I have available, there aren't neccessarily partitions that I can mount to verify the disk driver is working.
