But the weird thing is that the exact same machine was working fine with Unattended 4.7 throughout dozens of test installs without even a single failure. Something important must have changed in 4.8 that now kills this particular machine. Another machine with the exact same hardware (except for no additional gfx card and no dvd burner) is working just fine with 4.8. :/
