        Take a look at

This is a whole frame work of Network boot disks which will boot various
hardware PCI/ISA/PC-CARD and includes LANMAN drivers. There is Support for
the realtek 8139 PCI card included.
        The instructions are very clear and straight forward and so long
as you have a  dos floppy to begin with everything is ok
