Um, there isn't one, really.  You can send stuff to me personally or
to the mailing list.  The list is probably better, since the amount of
time I have to devote to this project varies from week to week...

are very welcome.  Send me text or a diff against the HTML.

You may also want to look at <http://www.appdeploy.com/>.  I found it
long after I created my own pages.
