This is a known bug.  You have taken the correct action.

I am not certain what this is referring to.  Somebody else?

I am going to assume that you chose option "6) none" when asked "Choose
post-installation script to run:", correct?  I can confirm that this same
postinst.bat script tried to run after the OS install was complete when I
choose "none".  This seems like a bug.  If you tell it to run NO
post-installation script, why does it go ahead and run the postinst.bat
program at all?  I understand that the postinst.bat program is there to
execute one of the base.bat, sales.bat, developer.bat, etc. files, but it
should not even run if you select none.  I hope I am being clear, I am
exhausted!
