You can set the RAID set from POST. You do not need to use the SmartStart CD 
for this.
Setting the BIOS can also be performed before you reinstall using the system 
tools available at boot time...
Only thing is that you will not have the system tools partition after the 
unattended install... Maybe someone else has a solution for this ?

You can download the specific drivers from the Compaq/HP driversite. That 
would save a lot of time :)
You will have to check which HW config the server has...
