Yes:

The good news is that the FreeDOS folks figured out the problem and
fixed it in their 2.0.34 release. The bad news is that the 2.0.34
release introduced a new problem on my Dell Precision 450, preventing
me from upgrading to it:

This problem seems to be better in FreeDOS 2.0.35, which can now read
config.sys but appears unable to read files from within config.sys.
This still only happens on my Dell, however, so we are revving to
2.0.35 for the next release anyway.

So, you have a couple of options. You can wait for the next release
of Unattended. I should have a test release ready in a day or two.
Even if memdisk does not work for you, at least you can boot from a
physical floppy.

Or, you can try the Linux-based boot disk. At this point, the
Linux-based boot disk actually seems more stable than the DOS-based
one. I should probably update the documentation to reflect this.
