Gents,
I've stumbled upon a *weird* problem, that I'm sure only I am having, but I thought, for my own sanity, I'd throw it out into the ether. My otherwise brilliantly executed win2k3 installs are marred by this one flaw: the machine refuses to reboot after applying one particular update, unless you login through remote desktop.
Once you do, that, it reboots, unprompted, immediately. I have yet to determine which update it is that causes this, but was curious if anyone else has seen a problem like this. Some of the updates I don't even bother applying, because they seem to crap out completely -- but it only rounds out to about 5M worth of updates, which is fairly trivial to apply once the machine is up and runnning.
I doubt this is even Unattended's fault/problem, but sending off a message to you lot gives me hope that maybe an answer is out there.
Should it matter, I'm using 4.3 (too scared to upgrade now that it all works so well).
