In the bat file it reads:
wget --output-document file.tmp http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/unattended/unattended/install/scripts/1prgfls.bat?rev=HEAD
And I don't have any problems. And I forgot to mention, but I use WinXP for the downloads.
