Hi,

I've been trying to get some ipp printers configured uppon install, and
i've managed to get thise far:

my printers.bat

@Echo off

todo.pl "rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /b \"Xerox M24\" /x /n
\"xerox\" /if /f \"Z:\drivers\M24PCL\xr6icie.inf\" /l \"Z:\drivers
M24PCL\" /r \"http://printserver:631/printers/xerox"; /m \"Xerox
WorkCentre 24 PCL 6\""

It works but it doesn't fully automate the process, since it stops at
the dialog to configure the internet port, regarding the authentication
for the ipp service. I've looked into the options of rundll32
printui.dll but i can't find anything suitable.
Am i missing something?

One possible solution that i thought of, was to first configure the
internet port properly, and after that configure the printer associating
it with the port. Also in that approach i've come to a dead end, since i
don't see a way to configure that using the "cscript prncnfg.vbs"
method.

Please advise...

Hugo Monteiro.
