Hi all, I don't know if my observation matters in this context.

It seems that the installer of Acrobat 7 is > even more painful than the installers of version 5 and 6. There was an error message from the Windows Installer telling me that there was another installation still running. It seems to me that the Adobe Reader 7 installation at some point starts a secondary process (i.e. Windows Installer). At this point the primary process (some unpacking) ends and the todo script continues without waiting for the installation to complete. Depending on what comes next in the todo list, there might appear other problems from that (e.g. if the next step is a reboot). A very dirty solution would be to introduce > todo.pl ".sleep 150" < just above the Adobe Reader Installer in the installation script. That would give 2.5 minutes for the secondary process to complete. Any better solutions?
