Thunderbird has a 'Reply All' button that will solve this.

Like these (Tomasz & Paul's mails). It fuxors up the threads. It doubles
the bandwidth. It annoys the recipient(s). It's not polite as it shows
that one doesn't care about the recipients - at least that my opinion,
someone sending a message to a distribution list I am on and CC'ing it
to me is in my opinion careless.
