You might also want to try the following in your cmdlines.txt %WinDir%\system32\bootcfg.exe /Raw "/noexecute=alwaysoff /fastdetect /pae" /id 1 I had the same problem with newer nVidia drivers. The problem seems to linked to WinXP2 with enables noexecute by default. Try to google for nvidia and noexecute.
