Hi all,
I'm new to this list, and also to the Project.
I have some questions about... I read that to use unattended, I need to setup a DHCP/DNS/SMB Share.
We already have a DHCP with Samba (Wins support) on our main server, but this server is managed by an outsourcing company, so the questions are:
A - Could I
have another DHCP + Samba on another machine which not affect the main server?
B - Does
this machine could be affected by the main server?
C - How a
booting machine knows which server to use for DHCP?
D - I'm
planning to use slackware for this purpose. Is there any full step by step
guide, even with the services configuration to follow?
