Did you try using ghost.sys as the kernel? Like this:
 LABEL ghost
 MENU LABEL ^GHOST
     KERNEL tools/ghost.sys
     APPEND initrd=unattended/memdisk  keeppxe

This would make sense since an initrd _is_ a memdisk

If that doesn't work, try googling for whatever the full name of that
.sys file is plus "pxe".
