Actually, thinking about it, it'd probably be better to have a base VM
image, and then run rsync or svn to update during the setup script.
This would have the added bonus of allowing users to update later on,
instead of having to download the latest image.

Also, if the updater runs inside the vm we have full control of it
(i.e. can set it up properly), making it easier for less technical
users.
