The filesystem is created by parted, (or it should be..)
Partition and filesystem creation is done from install.pl (namely 
the "fdisk_cmds =" ...)
>From youre parted printout you do not have a formatted filesystem.
It should say fat32 under "Filesystem".

I have not been on the unattended ball lately as I am assigned to other tasks,
so Im using a build with parted 1.8.8.. ..it looks like cvs is back to the old 
1.6.22 ?
