We're encountering the following problem: Windows setup hangs, quite frequently, and totaly randomly, 9 minutes before the end.
The machine is not blocked, just waiting for something... When setup hangs, the display shows : "Setup end" 9 minutes "Saving parameters" (translation from French, might not be absolutely precise) The only solution is to reboot the machine so that Windows resumes setup from 39 minutes before the end. The problem occurs on any hardware client configuration, so it's not linked to a particular hardware configuration. When setup hangs at 9 minutes, rebooting on a live-cd gives access to the logs. setuperr.log files reads : Error: Setup has encountered the following unhandled exception: Exception c0000005 at address 76C2310D with the following parameters: 00000000 010BE000 This error does not occur when setup does not hang, so I presume it's this exception which is causing the problem. I have no clue as to what is causing this error, nor how to solve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
