Which Windows are you trying to install ?
Are you sure about the quality of your os source ?

Setup has encountered the following unhandled exception:
Exception c0000005 at address 76C2310D with the following parameters:
00000000 010BE000
This error does not occur when setup does not hang, so I presume it's
this exception which is causing the problem.
I have no clue as to what is causing this error, nor how to solve it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
