Isn't it FAT32 then converted to NTFS? I had similar problems with space and partitions when I first started playing with Unattended. Fixed it by changing the command that creates the partitions - unfortunately it's late here now, and I have no idea where my old Unattended stuff is (I don't use it anymore due to a change of job).
