OK, Nancy. Now maybe we need to define "intellectual experiences"--- :-) I am thinking it doesn't mean 'schooling'...just learning experiences that consume us and make us want to learn more...to understand. A rich intellectual life happens for many of us outside of a school building. It makes me sad, as I read everyone's posts, how few of us had those types of experiences in elementary or high school settings. It seems to be in college, or on the job. I have had many mentors who were far from intellectual, but were very wise. I wonder how much value we should place on the "intellectual." Nancy **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros.
