Well, it can -- provided that you properly *registered* your copy of
ASCII(tm) (http://www.wholehog.fsnet.co.uk/robert/ascii/), and paid your
annual fee to use the least-significant seven bits.

By the way, Robert (President, The ASCII Consortium), our legal staff should
make sure that this "GCS mathematical encryption algorithm" isn't just a
trick to bypass the ASCII(tm) patent!
