I guess you won't have the regular wasla as a non-spacing diacritic in your proposal, because it's used only with alif in Korans, right? So I can make my own proposals about it, Arabic calligraphic ornaments (I'm not so sure about this one) and Syriac Edessan vowels and leave the rest to you. OK?
