Maybe this should be a Unicode Myth for Mark Davis's collection, something along the lines of "Encoding (or considering) script A means script B has to wait longer before being encoded (or considered)." Another, related one that is surfacing in this discussion is "The fact that script A has been (or will be) encoded before script B implies that the UTC (or WG2) thinks more highly of script A." -Doug Ewell Fullerton, California
