I recently had access to material published by the asturian regional
government (hiking routes from which I should prepare some maps for
publishing in a portuguese magazine), and I noticed that in quality
typography this looks rather like two "L"s with an underdot each.

Therefore, it seems to be U+006C U+0323 U+006C U+0323, and not U+006C
U+006C U+0324, as I said earlierly.
