Of course, LCIDs have limitations too (no need to enumerate them here at length). Just pointing out that solving one problem will almost invariably run you into others....
Such as describing Irish as "gd-ie", which we do not like over here, even if the "strLCID = 2108". I will forward you documentation and ask you to forward it to someone who will do something about it.
