RE: Encoding Tamil SRI

Tamil SHRI [sic] can't be represented correctly in Unicode yet. It 
will not be able to be correctly until U+0BB6 is encoded. It was 
accepted for ballot by WG2 and UTC but has to go through the process 
now.
