Yes, indeed it does. "Agvan" is another (perhaps Armenian) name for Caucasian Albania, cf. "Aluan" in http://www.lrz-muenchen.de/%7Ewschulze/Cauc_alb.htm. This Agvan alphabet seems to be that of "Armenian Manuscript No. 7117" described in http://www.azer.com/aiweb/categories/magazine/ai113_folder/113_articles/113_zaza_secrets_revealed.html, whose phonetic values Alexidze found unreliable.
