RE: interleaved ordering (was RE: Phoenician)

The default template separates scripts. It should separate scripts. 
(Kana are interfiled because the Japanese do it, but it is a special 
case.) Phoenician should not be interfiled with Hebrew because 
Phoenician is a separate script, and indeed is illegible to most 
Hebrew-reading readers anyway.
