Unfortunately, neither the proper apostrophe â nor the copyright  and
trademark â symbols appear in CP437.

You mean you're not interested in my BOCU-1 pocket encoder?  â

Unicode toys are not always a bad thing.  They can be an aid to
understanding, and they're certainly more relevant to this list than
S0|\/|E T0P|C5 I could think of.
